Organic Cider Vermouth

Pommeau is the combination of fresh apple juice with the intense flavour of the apple brandy, Calvados. The result is stunning. The sweet aperitif wine has a Mahogany Clear colour. In the nose an apple orchard, woody, nutty notes. This is combined with a long-lasting mouthfeel with aromas of tart Tatin, hints of grilled hazelnut and cinnamon. For the best effect, serve it chilled (12°C) with blue cheese, melon or even chocolate.
