March’s best potential
After March passed away, Stephane was given old notes and documents that were found in his house. In this dusty pile, Stephane found a recipe that he never heard of before. He started collecting the most peculiar ingredients, including black bees’ honey. It can only be found in Ouessant Island, the last pristine environment where this species survives. Stephane realised that March never produced this recipe because it would have been almost impossible to source this honey back in 1960.
After ageing the first batch, Stephane discovered the true genius of the creator. To honour his memory, Stephane placed his face on the label.
The rare ingredient brings an unexpected flavour. The floral base is completed by raspberry and hazelnuts notes. This is a truly unique drink.
